When in regular stores always go to BACK for the sales racks. Also consider looking into thrift shops. Check them out & figure out the good ones. One we know often has new merchandise with the tags still on – looks like from Target – My hubby got a lovely sweater for $3.99 – & I got black knit pants – also new same price. We snagged a bag of stylish duds for $43 & helped charity, too.
